Here’s a closer look at two major projects that shaped my skills and experience. From building a full WordPress theme from scratch to managing the technical infrastructure of 40+ websites for a major enterprise, each case reflects my long-term commitment, versatility, and hands-on approach.

Maintaining 40+ Websites for a Major Industrial Group

Since 2023, I’ve handled the complete technical maintenance, security, and updates of over 40+ WordPress websites for one of Tunisia’s largest industrial groups ($1 billion + in revenue). This ongoing mission includes backups, performance optimization, incident prevention, and collaboration with internal teams.

Growth – A WordPress Theme Built from Scratch

In 2016–2017, I collaborated with two fellow freelancers to design and develop a multipurpose WordPress theme for the ThemeForest marketplace. The project, though not accepted, taught us invaluable lessons in product development, theme packaging, design systems, and market expectations.
